Lauren Cohen that's the hot girl that was in walking dead right?

Wasn't this already done in 2004 by Adam Mckay?

I think Ant-Man will do £5-5.5m which would be enough for number 1.
£5M would not guarantee #1.

Mamma Mias previews weren't added to the weekend gross last week so why has MI6?
Previews are always included in the opening weekend figure.
Also, Mamma Mia didn't have previews.

wow i just learned that the plane jumping was all done for real. I thought that was CGI it looked fake to me and I thought there is no way that could have been done. I think i need to go and watch it again to appreciate that part

So is there any reason why the goddess Paula Patton is no longer in these films?
she too busy making Warcraft sequels.

At the end of the opening sequence in the hospital, I thought to myself "Oh yeah, this series is just the best thing ever, isn't it?"
definitely best of the 6 so far

Found this comment on the MCU subreddit, makes a lot of sense imo
Disney is smart enough to know that the story will break one way or another. So the only way that they can control the break is to control how people see the story. So they fire James Gunn, knowing the backlash it'll bring. In fact, they bank on it. Count on it. If they don't fire him and wait for the crowd to call for the witch hunt, they have to fire him permanently. For real. He doesn't have a chance because public view has eaten him alive.
HOWEVER, if they DO fire him, Disney takes the heat and waits for the fan backlash. Suddenly the view of James Gunn is no longer "the monster", but now of a man seeking repentance. A man sorry for his past actions, and how he's moved beyond them. James Gunn stays humble during all of this, doesn't put up a fight, and instead owns up to everything said about him. He's heartbroken, but not going to fight back.
Fans call for his reinstatement. Disney lets a few days go by, in a little while they say that they hear the calls for justice. That they hear the fans wanting James Gunn back. And in an unprecedented turn of events, Disney hires him back. Disney comes out of this with a little PR scuffle
That is utterly absurd. Further proof that Marvel fans are completely delusional.

If they use the script that Gunn developed, then what was the point of firing him? His work would still be attached to the project.
In firing him, I assumed that meant that he was being taken off the project completely ie even his script wouldn’t be used.
They have "ended their relationship with him". They can't un-do any work hes already done for them. If he's written a script they'll still use that. And then itll be rewritten by another writer. And directed by a different director. The point is they removed him from doing any more work on GOTG 3.
Otherwise they might as well be retroactively removing him from their previous movies. Not going to happen.

I’m so mad, some reviews have no respect for people wanting to avoid mamma Mia spoilers 😡
I heard an interview with Amanda Seyfreid and she was asked to give the setup of the movie, she told us what happens in last 15 minutes as she seemed to think that happened at the start... safe to say the plot is not particularly relevant and you can't be spoiled of anything.
You go to see the dancing and the singing, how can it be spoiled ?

Is making an Htiler satire movie right now, would make a realy good replacement I would think, but I would like to think he would refuse to scab Gunn job, except if there is something we do not know about.
I would prefer Taika Waititi to spend his time making good films not Marvel films (personally).

I feel like a lot of the people "offended" by this have not seen James Gunn's CV prior to making Guardians of the Galaxy.

The Prohecy was True.
A Writer/Director from the MCU who uses Twitter way to much will be killed by
Twitter itself.
2/2 until now.
Who was the first one?

I just heard this news. How ridiculous, anyone heard of a thing called free speech. These are jokes. Really rubbish jokes sure but then James Gunn also wrote the scoobydoo movie and he hasn't been fired for that.

Skyscraper > Ghost Protocol

in the first movie I was bored and didn't care at the start, then by the end was completely won over.
in this second movie I was won over straight away and by the end I was bored and didn't care.
Don't know why the awful untalented and annoying Cher was allowed to be part of this film.

Based on reality, it had a decent OW gross increase and will have a decent DOM and WW increase.
With a medium budget.
Will it though? Its unlikely to get to 200M. Given the first one did 180M that does not seem to be much of an increase.
"Medium budget" - Deadline says budget is 162M, not as much as Guardians of the Galaxy 2 but still not small / medium.

Wow that's great. I think that should make it second biggest opening of the year behind Avengers at least in terms of 3 day opening. Black Panther had 6 day opening I think
