Please do not make the Silver Surfer a woman and make Sue Storm the focal point of this movie, and certainly do not force a sexual relationship between Sue Storm and a female Silver Surfer.
If the cast news comes out and they've made Silver Surfer a woman, it's going to cause a lot of backlash. There is only one Silver Surfer, so you have to introduce him as the first in the MCU and not some alternate version just to force an agenda.

Well... I think the break-even point for this movie is around 300m, so it probably won't hit 300m unless it has decent legs.

Even if it has a 50% hold every week for the next few weeks, it won't even come close to The Flash. Probably will finish around 220m worldwide.

It will probably make another 20m domestically and maybe another 40m overseas. I don't think it's getting passed 230m. Either way, if the breaking point is around 700m to 750m for this movie, it's looking like a 500m loss.

I swear if they've completely cut John Connor out of the franchise and replaced him, I'll never forgive Cameron.
You can't have him as the whole vocal point for 35 years and cut him out. And where the fuck was the Terminator theme?
Trailer looked meh by the way.

I meant in terms how they've handled the marketing, not by the amount they've spent on it. They've obviously spent a lot on the movie.

I do agree the hype for Captain Marvel has died down. I think the marketing has been poor to an extent.
I do believe it'll get around 100m to 115m opening weekend though. But I do believe it'll have a massive drop in its 2nd weekend.

Faraci loves to add fuel to the fire. I seem to remember right before the release of BvS he did a sarcastic tweet about him hearing things from other people saying the movie was "great".... when in fact, he knew all along he was going to hate it.
