Ice Age is very popular here in Brazil. It's not considered a kids movie, is for adults.
All the time there's a new Ice Age movie, my father is crazy to watch it. The same thing happens to Shrek.

I didn't understand why it didn't play at night anymose.But I was tired.
I mean that HTTYD2 sessions are just in afternoon. TFIOS is playing for the whole day. And that is a huge advantage.

Certainly, but Israel isn't like some other markets. A drop of 30%, much less 50%, would be completely unheard of for an animated film in this time of year. A drop of 50% for HTTYD2 in Israel would be like a drop of 85% DOM, it was never an option in the first place.
You should remain happy about its run for a long time, as next week will probably see a better hold than this week (hopefully an increase), and there is no reason for it to ever drop 50%, unless it lasts until September when the school holiday ends and it will drop 70-80%.

I haven't seen Lego yet... but I actually hope it or BH6 wins over HTTYD2. Maybe it's because I went into it with the foreknowledge that
one major character is killed by another major character
thanks to a magazine article (though it didn't say which characters were involved), but I just... didn't really feel much of an emotional impact. HTTYD1, TS3, and Frozen were much better at that.

yeah , in France, we love dragons 2 , there is a famous website " allocine " , actually the rating by the viewers is 4.6/5 from 1290 viewers vote! it's good . It's been only 5 days since it's release and it doing great! i 'm so happy

And correction about Australia - forgot that TF4 opened LAST weekend. Still amazing that Dragons increased almost 20% against both TF4's second weekend AND direct competition from Rio 2...

Brazil is the fourth biggest territory for Captain America 2 behind China, and almost on par with UK and Korea and well beyond France,Germany and Russia.That's great,superheroes have a great future there,I have great hopes for The Avengers 2
And I feel GOTG will do very well there.Brazil LOVES superheroes. They will never fail here.

My friend said that he go to theater (In one of the most popular cinemas in town) to see HTTYD2, and said that the movie was not playing. Then he had to watch X-men.
And it was Wednesday.
