  2. Tolo Tolo, 1st full week

    Jan. 1-6

    € 34.003.119

    4.775.703 tickets sold

    1200+ screens

Best day (Jan. 1): € 8.830.000 / 1.199.000 tickets sold (best single day ever and best OD ever); *

    Worst day (Jan. 6): € 3.936.240 / 554.161 tickets sold.

    Avg Ticket Price: € 7.12

    Simply amazing.

It should be more front loaded than his previous movies, so in my opinion it already made his 60-65%.

This OD is, at the moment, unbeatable. Strong local movies here are stronger than Hollywood movies, so we have to wait at least 4 years just to see if he can beat himself again.

PS: Can someone edit thread title? Just put Italy Botteghino.

What makes Zalone so big? I checked his filmography, IMDb is in 6 range while trailer was rather uneventful.

    He never releases trailers.

Nobody knew what the movie was about until yesterday. Not a single frame of the movie was shown. All was kept undercover.

They shot for 20 weeks between Italy and Africa and they spent €20M (also something more).

His last movie made more than €65M, this one is going to be more front loaded. So we'll see.
