Have Fergie make a cameo as well.Hey Ry, I have a film planned for Year 2 that is a murder-thriller (not a mystery since the killers are the protagonists) based around the film industry. Is it okay with you if I use a couple of your original CAYOM actors/actresses for a couple cameo roles, as a sort of homage to the old CAYOM. Same goes with you Impact, though you had only a couple made-up actors/actresses of note (Jenna Robinson was the one I remember).It would lend the film a bit more authenticity within the CAYOM-verse if CAYOM-original actors popped in for a cameo (such as a scene on a film set).

Ry does them super quick, and I think that's what Year 1 needs. Keep things moving (cough Part 1 ahem cough) so new players don't loose interest.

OK I had, from the BOM Cayom, The Sims, Desperate Housewives, Metroid, my Magic: The Gathering franchises (Ravnica, Kamigawa, Lorwyn - Shards of Alara I give up), Expedition Everest, The Little Prince and I'll update this if I remember/can find more in my CAYOM archives.
I'd like to acquire His Dark Materials and Grand Theft Auto. I know the former was a real-life film, but it flopped in America, no sequel is happening and I would be surprised if the property was touched again by Hollywood in the next 20 years.
I give up Prince of Persia (it's a real life film anyway).

Lady Gaga copying Madonna even in CAYOM.Heavily criticized by family groups after appearing with Lady Gaga in a BDSM-themed music video that was named by Rolling Stone as both the greatest song and greatest music video of the decade, the outcry from the conservative groups was pretty much drowned out by the overwhelming critical praise the video received from pretty much every music and popular culture critic in existence.

Its looking likely that Zendikar will be my Magic: The Gathering film for Year 1, and it will be directed by Eric Valli (he directed Himalaya which was nominated for a Foreign Language Oscar in 1999 and had amazing cinematography and a sense of adventure and "realness" I want to capture with Zendikar).

A film I really want to rework and turn into a franchise is Nova, but that's probably the only one.

If I go down the planeswalkers route and have the characters travel to multiple worlds I could include Alara. I think Magpie would kill me if I came near Krosa lol.That would be a good idea.Too bad you're not rebooting Alara Hunch. Maybe you should remake the Krosa series for Magpie.

End of the Wicked - Phillip Noyce drama about modern day witch hunts in Nigeria. Featuring lots of gratuitous death scenes as my obvious Oscar bait tend to have.
