The latest trilogy will have gone from 2B+ to 1,1B between the first and third episode + an avalanche of bad internet buzz. Of course the IP is in trouble, at least until it redeems itself with a smart next move, which it probably will.

What legs are you talking about? Film did 94M OS last week-end, 50M this week-end is mediocre holiday hold at best

Was my initial post deleted? I actually don't care for Baumbach either. As long as Bong, Scorcese, Tarantino and Almodovar (long shot I know) are in, I'm fine. If she's the 5th one whatever, but as much as I found her unique as an actress, I think she's plain as a director

Bug is an excellent film, with a great Michael Shannon and a career-best perf by Ashley Judd. A- Killing Them Softly is cool af. B+ None of the other films I saw in this list deserves an F (but I only saw half of them).

Some believe that Skywalker can still make it to $600M, but could be shorter than that. What's wrong with Deadline and this hack Anthony D'Alessandro ? Incompetence ? Bribed by Disney ? WTF ?
