  2. OOTP suffered from being shot as a 3 hour 5 minute film and then being cut to 2 hours and 20 minutes.

  4. Yeah, they had a lot of room to work with that one, and I was surprised at the runtime. I caught Maximum Movie mode earlier today, and Yates emphasized a few times that he really wanted to maintain a brisk pace with this one. He just wanted to avoid anything that may slow the story down.
