luna Posted August 13, 2013 Share Posted August 13, 2013 (edited) after an absolutely mesmerising first 10 minutes godard completely lost the plot and thought it'd be a great idea to just have a bunch of apparently important people sitting at tables blabbering faux-profundity. yuck. even more guilty of the grandly-spoken yet empty philosophising that plagued the pretentious tree of life. totally disappointing. couldn't finish it, even at 80 minutes.
