It's exactly the straight-to-DVD sequel of a family film about talking animals. It lack a sense of a clear direction, just a collection of aleatory scenes, its only purpose is to entertain little kids. Also, what is with the need to villanize some people? ugh the first didn't have that, part of the reason why the script of the first is so above the average for this kind of films and the script for this one is horrendous. 25/100
