We watch the red carpet because it's literally one night of the year and it's part of the experience. Get over yourself.

One website says it starts in 1 hour 20 mins. How long is it after that, that the awards will begin to be handed out? Idk if there's a long "pre-show" kinda thing, I've never watched the Oscars before.
Also, does anyone have a link to a stream so I can watch it?
Oscars start at 8:30 EST.

Okay remember tomorrow is the deadline!
Can I still enter?

I'd consider it slightly less Oscar bait formulaic as The Imitation Game, but yeah. I like the other movie more. The Redmayne win is pretty much a lock though.

I went into this thinking I was going to hate it. Can't really explain why, but whatever.
Anyway, it was pretty damn great.
Supporting Actor, Editing, and Sound Mixing. That's what I'd give it.

I'm wondering why Selma got BP and like nothing else. I feel like the screeners excuse doesn't work because, well, it got BP.

I don't know about now, but back when the first movie was filming I was absolutely of the opinion that the voice actors (at least the main three) were perfect for playing themselves in live action.

I didn't...

Eh. I think Endgame is probably still my favorite episode (Amon death scene the best of the series).
