4/7 blah
Could technically still tie my record 21/24 but that's very unlikely

Would love for FB to take PD over LLL (lol acronyms) but I don't see it happening

Makeup and costumes are going to be two duds for my predictions so good to get them out of the way lol

1/1
Didn't see any of the movies but I really like Dev Patel and he looked great in Lion, but whatever I guess

She really drew that out. Felt like she said the same thing thrice.

Someone on Facebook posted their predictions, and someone else commented on them that they think it's sad that the Academy is probably going to let us all know where they feel black people belong (in supporting categories) while white people win main acting. I feel physically ill. I hate people so very much.

They still haven't announced what order the categories will be announced in. Will it be the same as last year?
Order has been circulating online all day

What's the song that plays during opening and closing credits? Spooky sounding, with people whispering like "chkah" lol
Edit: Found it. It's only 1:20 long

I can totally see a globe comedy nom, though that is based on zero knowledge of what's coming out this year. It's soooo good.

The Dear White People trailer IS really stupid and stereotypical tho, so criticism is warranted. Dismissing people by saying they probably haven't seen the trailer is dumb lol

DAT SHIT CRAY
Spoiler-non-spoiler on the movie's genre classification:
SpoilerI totally understand the comedy classification because the movie's hilarious but also like that is some messed up shit classifying it as a comedy LOL

So I don't think it's the second coming, but I liked it. Honestly maybe not seeing any acting nominations. Neeson is barely in it as you know, and the two Japanese actors I liked probably have no chance. Garfield did fine though. Driver's also barely in it.
Could see maybe adapted screenplay and cinematography. Editing was standard. Don't have an opinion on the sound but my friend said it was bothering him. IDK what that means lol.
