IDAY 7:30 PM, 3RD UPDATE: It’s already setting records for the biggest opening for June and the second biggest weekend openingr of 2013 as Warner Bros’ and Legendary Pictures’ Man Of Steel (4,207 theaters with 3D in 3,357 venues) is flying high at the domestic box office today. My sources have now increased their estimates to $51M Friday, $124.4M for the three-day weekend, and $134.4M for the four-day cume through Sunday. The only other movie in the North American marketplace in wide release, Sony/Columbia Pictures’ This Is The End (3,055 theaters) which opened Wednesday as a counter-programming apocalyptic comedy is looking like $8M for Friday, $20.8M for the 3-day weekend, and $33.1M for the 5-day cume. Refined numbers later.

Wait...MoS is better than Superman 1 and 2. Those movies don't hold up anymore. No one threw a fucking Kite with and S at Namek.But Zach Snyder could have made a Batman Begins with that cast.The action sort of save this movie. It was easily the best action I have seen in any comicbook movie.

Or perhaps I call it campy because Superman wasn't fucking people up.Who knows. But seriously, the 3D in IMAX gave me a fucking headache.

Zero campy? LolI loved the movie but I felt like I was watching Superman 1 and 2 for about 20 minutes there. Campy as fuck.

Just got out.First thing. The 3D completely fucked my head up. Shit was movng way too fast. I'm going to see this tomorrow with my wife in 2D.With that said. This is definitely a popcorn movie. But it is probably the best popcorn movie in a long time.Shannon was amazing.The middle of the movie seemed campy as fuck but the last 30 minutes made up for it. This isn't Batman Begins at all. Snyder completely fucked up a good cast and could have made a better movie.But that shit was fucking awesome! The action! I wanted more!!!!!!!8.5/10. Better than TASM. No where near as good as Batman Begins.
