So like I would have been happy that this was coming out on any weekend, but seeing this in the summer kick-off slot legit made me so happy. That's the slot dedicated to the ones with the most potential, the best of the best, the A-list films. Just having my favorite MCU movie, probably one of my top 10 all-time favorite blockbusters of the decade even, getting that plum spot...I dunno, it means something. I'm just like...I'm shaking right now. Bring on this generation's Godfather 2

Actually there were a few new shots in there. Widow and her friends (Pugh, Harbor) wearing white superhero suits. Sitting around a table. Quick cuts, but some cool action and character beats. Then Pugh’s character joking with Natasha for always making a pose when they fight. Cut to a shot of her doing so in slow motion on a outdoor cat walk with a lot of bad guys.

I know this won't happen. I know it's a long shot. I know I'm hoping for something I like to be in the death of cinema. But Daddy Iger, for Walt's sake, please cast Timmy as Prince Eric. It's all I want. 'S all I want.

To be fair, Disney is investing in reality and cooking shows and the like. Not only is there a whole bunch of National Geographic stuff on the platform, but they're also developing Encore! (that show has a trailer) and are working with the documentary studio Supper Club (the team behind Chef's Table on Netflix) to create a whole bunch of unscripted shows for the platform. Also wouldn't surprise me if Disney+ has a few sitcoms and programs that could be considered "adult" but still safe for the family-friendly platform from their ABC Studios and Fox Television library (Black-ish, Modern Family, etc. Once Upon a Time is already confirmed). Of course, Disney isn't really highlighting those shows at the moment, because...well, those don't make Disney nerds go crazy.

I forget which streaming device, but I remember Amazon Video was excluded on one (I think Apple TV?) for the longest time. I swear these big tech companies are run by the pettiest people. My parents own an X1 cable box, and that also only just got Amazon Video a few weeks ago. I imagine it'll take ages for them to get Disney+ on there.

...what exactly is there to talk about? Angel Has Fallen made the same as London Has Fallen? Wow, exciting. Good Boys will drop around 50%? How interesting.
