So assuming 22m opening 3x would be decent 3.5x would be great

So far, JR2 has not the best reviews in France but as I said, French reviewers are often too strict IMO: 4 reviewers hated it and 4 liked it so far.???

Underperformed in India 1.3M less considering hype and buzz surrounding it also it had no competition all over india it should have done well but no.
It did better in Metros of India (Mum,Del,BLR,Hyd&Chn) except Kolkatta

Anyway, the reviews will also be important. The first one wasn't well liked. The sequel seems unnecessary to me.
Wasnt well liked? Maybe during release but as days passed by many watched it and liked it be it critics or audience thru dvd streaming etcc....
FYI JR RT score increased by 2% to 62% now

Easily the worst hyped movie this year that ive watched!!! Except Robbie i dint find anything good in this movie it was boring.
Infact in between i dozed off for few minutes

True if we factor in First movies goodwill for sure its gonna open above 15m...worst case may be 20 but not less than that

I havent seen the old one knor Seven Samurai
But this one was really good i enjoyed it to the core like i always say it was complete fun from start till the end! Denzel and rest of the cast at their best and climax battle was perfectly executed.
To be frank i expected this movie to Suck but it was the other way i was proved wrong!

This is Classic Nolan movie infact my favourite nolan!
Ive watched this many times its one of my all time favs...i found no flaws in this everything was perfect...but only the ending was disapointing coz i wanted a sequel i ended up asking for more
Missed watching it on IMAX

JB was fun remember watching cartoons some time in 90s or early 2000s... 3D effects were top notch and Neel Sethi as mowgli was really good!!!

Spectre has proved that Ethan Hunt beats Bond easily in Asia...afterall its Cruise FORT!!!
Most surprising was India...here bonds very popular still opened way lesser than MI:RN(6.5m) Spectre(4.5-4.8m)
