  1. I don't think you got it either.

I got it. I'm saying my drive in playing Pixels and Fantstic Four (two of the summer's worst movies) together is a bigger joke than a drive inn sign that says Fantastic Four a digital Trainwreck. You know when people say you know what an even bigger joke is. It's an expression.
  2. MCU's only misfires for me have been the solo Thor movies.

The two Thor movies are mediocre as hell. But they do well OS and Chris Hems get a paycheck. Good for him I guess?

The first was decent enough but The Dark World is the only MCU movie I don't enjoy. The best part to me was the Collector credit scene and that was done by Gunn. Hopefully Ragnarok gets The Winter Soldier treatment.

  3. The FF/X-Men movie is already on the schedule. So I think they already know they can do it. I think an audience will be there for a good movie. First Class saved the X-Men brand without setting the world on fire.

After this I think FOX would be best to keep Fantastic Four and X-Men seperate. Even with a different cast and completely ignoring this reboot I don't see it doing well. X-Men is fine on its own.

  4. Watched Creep. Was alright. Nothing special. A bit too predictable. Peachfuzz was creepy tho.

I thought Creep was decent for what it was. Don't see how they plan on making a trilogy out of it. One movie with the concept is enough unless they used a different "Creep" instead of Josef.

  5. Count me in on the WOTW appreciation train. The first time the tripods appear is probably one of the most chilling scenes in any blockbuster.

I remember how uneasy I was when I seen it at the movies. The combination of the music, the tripods, and the incinerations creeped a 10 year old me out. Looking back now I still enjoy it but even seeing it back then I found Dakota Fanning (who was the same age as me) annoying.
  6. Well, really they blew it with ever coming up with the idea to reboot or remake this.. National Lampoon's Vacation is just one of those movies that is really hard to improve upon and upping the Profanity in the movie is not a way to do it.. They should've just had Chase and DeAngelo along with Anthony Michael Hall do a Vacation movie and Ed Helms could've done a came at best.. Ed Helms works better in small doses as evident on The OFFICE when Michael Scott was on the show.. When Michael left, the Producers tried to make Andy t much like Michael and it belly flopped..

As much as I would had liked to see him I doubt Anthony Michael Hall was even considered since he's not much of a star anymore. Besides I'm sure the studio chose Helms so they could have somewhat of a bankable name. I thought it would've been nice if they at least gave Hall a cameo. One thing I hated from the movie was

Helms looking back at family photos and it goes through every movie. It's hard enough to believe that Hall's Rusty grew up to be Helms but to show every other Rusty as if they could pass as a younger version of Helms was a little far fetched.
