You're totally wrong, I watched THG1 & THG2, I will watch THG3 very soon. I think these 2 movies I've watched were pretty good, not as good as some marvel movies but they're good for the kind of movies they are. I'm just toying with Raphael because that's funny
Will you see the final movie?

France 1 550 835 Brésil 851 602 Pologne 487 325 Argentine 148 886 Suisse 24 033 Pays Bas 244 828€ 30 604 Uruguay 7 734 Belgique
Thank you very much.
Where did you find the numbers for Uruguay?

Wow! WB dominates the German market. 5/10 Top 10 movies are distributed by them. Makes me curious about the prospect of Fantastic Beasts next year.
Since the Hobbit films did so well I think FB will be a hit as well.

So you must be disappointed to see The Hunger Games is doing so well
I assume you haven't seen any of the movies or even worse read the books(books are always better)because you are busy watching your Marvel movies and don't have time to read a good book that everyone likes because it's YA.YA sometimes appeal to all ages and are awesome(Harry Potter,Hunger Games,The maze runner)

yep, Minions should overtake DH2. But remember that the first Harry Potter had more than 12,5mil admissions - the franchise was pretty stable but it DID go down steadily.
Yeah I know.
How many admissions do you think the new hp spin-off will make by the way?
-
Here's a look at the Top movies of the current decade (2010 - onwards) by admissions - what strikes me most is that the top 4 places are non-Hollywood productions, definitely a positive sign for the european market!
Hobbit made more than the last Harry Potter.
Minions will beat it too
-
You are right! Minions is easily going to win the year and 50SoG in second... :P
Let's hope that 2016 will be better but I doubt it.

Nah, I'm sorry, I won't leave Pierre alone as the only Marvel hater here
I don't hate Marvel but I just don't like the fact that average movies perform so well.
Anyway thank you.

So Ice Age 4 isn't part of the list? Interesting that it dropped from it all together since IA3 and IA2 figured in it.
Thanks for the list!
I don't think that Ice Age 5 will join the list either.

That's open air shows, mainly ... the total is very good but still below 4mil admissions (JW crossed 4mil). "Intouchables", by comparison, had more than 9mil admissions! That's how high french comedies can go in Germany ...
It needs less than 100k admissions so it's still possible.

Well, well, another winner for Universal and nothing much else going on. French blockbuster QecqoafaBD was a hit on open-air shows, about 1000 admissions per screening must be some kind of record!
Next weekend: "The Transporter Refueled" tries to continue a franchise without the main actor- let's see … might indeed become #1 with business as low as it is. Maybe french comedy "Sous les jupes des filles" can attract some business, too - at least there's some well-known actresses in it, and the same goes for "Ricki and the Flash". Overall, while me might see increases from holdovers, don't expect anything from the openers - obviously every distributor shied away from the weeks around "Fack Ju Göhte 2" which should have an absolute monster opening starting on the 10th.
QecqoafaBD is still in theaters after more than a year and it is making more money than most American blockbustes which were released about 2 months ago...

We'll see, nothing's certain.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E is a flop in most markets so it is certain that The little Prince will beat it.
-
Not much. Around $2400 this weekend. Mostly one show per day with discount tickets.
OK thank you.
I thought it would make $2m or more.
-
Against all odds ....!
The Little Prince makes history in Brazil!
It is the first non-American to lead the box office animation throughout the story, a fantastic achievement!
There is a great possibility to lead next week as well. Despite the horrible exchange rate, I predict that the film will hit the end of his career a lot of animation at Disney, Dreamworks, Sony and Warner Bros. Animation
In Argentina I expected more this weekend, still doing a decent number.
In France, came in 6th place this weekend, go to your 6th week. According to the colleague PierreHP, the film has accumulated $ 10.1 million in France.
Has accumulated more than $ 15 million in just seven countries, is slowly recovering from the budget (although the film has already been paid to sales to distributors).
Would like to know of any American that the possibility of The Little Prince to more than $ 50 million in the US?
I think it will make a profit. It has release dates for dozens of countries including China and Japan.
And the english version will be big as well since it has popular american actors.
-
So Deadline is wrong because this was posted yesterday:
M:I5 is still No. 1 in France with a cume of $16.5M; Brazil also held the top spot with a total $7.9M
Apparently.
-
I think that $500M OS will happen.
Currently it has $372.5M and it still has 3 major markets(Italy,China and Germany) and 2 smaller markets(Greece,Austria).
It will make at least $100M from the upcoming major markets(Italy:$10m,Germany:$20M,China:$60m-70m)and $4m from the other 2 so it only needs around $25m from the playing markets.
Unless it starts to drop enormously which I doubt happening.

Yes. One week Imax re-release.
How much do you think it can make?
