Anabelle Creation opens in 343 screens the widest opening for an horror movie ever.
The Conjuring Franchice's totals:
The Conjuring (2013): 1.081.000
Anabelle (2014): 740.000
The Conjuring 2 (2016): 1.782.000
Based on how well the franchise played in the market it should drop some good numbers over the weekend (I can imagine 250k-280k admissions during the weekend).
Ozzy the spanish animated movie hits 110 screens trying to take some bite from Emoji.

Both new releases crashes, so theres no much to wait from them after all.
Weekend will be another showdown between local movies. And Emoji resists the horrible reviews and will perform very well over the weekend (Also Captain Underpants will play good, -13% from it's OD).
Bad weather forecast for entire weekend number should be good.

Captain Underpants as expected underperforms, but day on day increases were fine so maybe it can develop decent legs at least.
*"Mamá se fue the Viaje" became the 4th movie of the year to reach the 1.5M admissions (DM3, F8, BatB)

Corpse, you said that Your Lie in April (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso) is a shojo, but as I know it's manga adaptation was published in Kodansha's Gekkan Shonen Magazine. I read that manga early this year and I really think that it is a shonen. Does the movie changed it's genre?
Will A Silent Vicente (Koe no Katachi) be a limited release? What can we expect from it ?

Holidays were over since 1st August.
Beside today is a holiday, so will be another strong day, maybe SS gets over 500k admissions. WoM for it is good so 1 million tickets sold seems very likely.
SLOP won't overtake IA5, but still has some run left.

That number is because we are in winter holidays, so kids are off school. There's no way it will reach Minions numbers, even if sell more admissions in its first week. In fact it won't do more business than FD or IA5.
The half gross of Minions (4.5) is a good bet. That would be a very good run in any case.

Argentinian national soccer team played yesterday that's why the poor holds (-67% avg.) overall. With that in mind Anabelle 2 OD still very strong, so we can expect a strong OW (maybe a top 10 OW of 2017). Let's see if the others movies can recover from the steep fall
