Only good news for Disney is because the budget was so low...4o to 50 Million dollars, they won't lose much on this.

Disney was rigfht in thinking it had a turkey on it's hands (and Fox managment before the merger had the same opinion) and was right in spending as little as possible on a threatircal release. Even if no virus, it still would have failed at the box office.

At least we can jforget about it now. That it was destined for failure was in the cards a long time ago, given it's history. Good films just do not sit on the shelf fot two years.

67 million Budget. Most on FX.

I don’t know how much Disney has spent on promotion but that’s the only thing Disney contributed to the budget.

  2. Vulture reporter talking crap about EW.

Basically, EW got the script Vulture was talking about and confIrmed the Vulture reporting was a lie. Vulture dude doesn’t like it.

Bob replied to me on twitter saying he didn’t even see the movie. He has a right to be upset about the misspelling his name. He should keep the other stuff to himself. This wasn’t even his story the adapted. The Demon Bear arc was drawn by Bill Sienkiewicz. Who loved the cast.

  3. I saw I Still Believe on Thursday. It was great. I’m an atheist who has been a fan of Jeremy Camp since like 2008. I thought it was well done. No surprises for me because I knew the story going in.

    Seeing Invisible Man tomorrow.

    The Hunt next weekend.

    Bloodshot the following.

I’m spreading them out since more and more are being pushed back. The only downside to this is if Bloodshot isn’t still in theatres in two weeks. Lol.

  4. Saw Uncle Drew at 7:00. Theatre capacity 76. Probably about half full including me. Goodrich Jackson 10 in Jackson, MI. Birthplace of Republican Party. Haha. I always say that to just give some idea where the theatre is located.

I’m curious if anyone got Dumbo or SID with I2.

I got let’s see... 5 trailers before hand. Honestly a few were not played that I thought would be played.

Dragons 3, A-X-L (Some live action robotic dog movie), The Grinch, Teen Titans Go To The Movies, and Wreck It Ralph 2.

Honestly the trailers I saw last week before “Hereditary”, “Hotel Artemis” and “Oceans 8” were way better then these 5 tonight. 3 of which I’ve seen before. First time seeing Dragons 3 (Which has made me want to start this franchise. Have not seen any of it.) trailer and A-X-L trailer though.

  6. Saw Incredibles 2. Jackson, MI. Birthplace of the Republican Party. Lol. Probably 95% filled of a capacity of 217.

A lot of kids who wouldn’t shut up during the movie. Pissed me off. Hate going to films filled with kids in the theatres. Parents just letting them do whatever. I’m 32. Was there with my 62 year old father. Call me a Killjoy. Idc. Lol. Ugh Kids.

Seeing the movie tag tomorrow cause why not!
