If you reall want to get scared, watch a 2011 Movie called "Contagion". Bears a uncanny resembelence to what might be happening.

It's a really good movie and deserved a better reception then it got in 2011. Sad it has to get it this way.
BTW, the Jude Law character is one of the most despicable charecters in film history..spreading panic in order to peddle his worthless snake oil cure for the disease.
The last Corana virus outbreak SARS, resulted in a total of 0 deaths in the US. Flu killed 10s of thousands.

Movies opening early 2020 are not going to get China $ unfortunately.

Yeah, trailer views don't mean much.
I predicted low numbers for Black Panther because of pretty mediocre trailer views and look what happened there !

You were right !
As it turns out, the only bit that seemed out of place was that bit in the trailer where the shells made no craters, the rest was very impressive.
SpoilerAlthough technically, it was a two shot movie, not one shot. The bit in the house where he fell back and hit his head is where they lost a few hours and it was dark when he awoke.

Most of these movies are written by marvels internal team and implemented by generic directors.
Others, like GotG are written and directed by auteurs.

I thought Dr Strange was better than ThoRag.
I mean, they both suffered from horrendous 3rd acts, but that's just par for the course for these types of movies.
But in general, I thought DS was a more enjoyable and better thought out movie, first half anyway.
