It's so infuriating to see so many people screaming for these huge tentpole films to be just dropped on streaming.
Ugh.

I think it was still shooting so August was always looking iffy when things shut down.
In The Heights I could see replacing King Richard or Godzilla vs Kong or going to December as an awards player potentially replacing Tom and Jerry which is wrapped but was in post production.
Really?
I believe they had a test screening for Malignant like last month, and the results weren't so stellar to some (which again, it's just a test screening) so maybe reshoots?
-
I assume Malignant's been moved? Probably to January.

This Disney+ discussion truly needs to stop.
It's like people want movie theaters and studios to die, pandemic or not.

I... fuck.
Ugh. I was really looking forward to this.

I feel like I’ve watched the whole movie in the trailer. I hope there’s more to it.
A lot of people have said the trailer doesn't do the film justice.

Trailer coming with The Invisible Man.
Should be online within the week.

Screening reactions weren't so positive but I'm still rooting for this.

Still shocked this doesn't seem to be moving up a week.
Edit: Oh. It did move to Oct. 23rd. Smart.

halloween resurrection >>> halloween 2018
at least it knows its bad and plays with the campy side, h2018 was just awful
on what planet is this even a real take? can't possibly be planet earth. 😭

I don’t know why they’re afraid of spoilers leaking from the test screening, we all know that Universal / Blumhouse are going to put them all in the trailer.
There's some genuine surprises that I don't think will be in the marketing - even with how much Universal will inevitably spoil haha

how's it looking compared to other Halloweens, assuming you've seen them.

horror fans have no standards, they probably liked the 2018 borefest too
This is quite the take.
(Its way better than Halloween 2018 and I really enjoyed that film, having had some problems with it though).

Really enjoyed this.

This is down to 2 showings a day at my local, will be gone after Christmas.
I read this bit of trivia, no idea how true it is.”Was initially filmed as an R-rated remake. After a negative reaction from test audiences, the film was re-edited to PG-13 after the screenings, which ended up getting even worse reviews than the R-rated version.”
True.

So basically the premise of Halloween II
It's definitely on paper a homage to it, but it seems it won't take place entirely in the hospital, and that (to me) it won't be nearly as boring as Halloween II actually is.

Filming officially wrapped today!
Here's our 'first' look at Nancy Stephens, reprising her role as Marion Chambers from the original, Kyle Richards reprising her role as Lindsey Wallace from the original, and Anthony Michael Hall taking over the role of Tommy Doyle from the original - all in the same scene!
Bring on October, 2020!

I'm excited, but this is going to drop big from the last one. 45/100 IMO
Gonna go with 55m/120 as of right now. It'll definitely be a drop, but there isn't really another "horror" film coming out that weekend. Just 'The Witches' and apparently that G.I. Joe spinoff (I think)

Looks like this one takes place on the same night. Given DGG said the movie is 'chaos' and the shooting title is 'Mob Rules', I think this one's going to have the town going berserk. Also seems like JLC might have a majorly reduced role.
She was still shooting on the sound stages a couple of days ago. Guess she posted that "wrap" picture to throw the audience off. But yeah, this looks great. Glad Allyson seems to be getting more to do!

Hope they change the title. Are they filming both movies back to back?
Kills has definitely grown on me as a title. Feels very 1980s slasher.
They're taking a breather after the Nov. 8th wrap. Rumor is they're filming in January for Ends but I really don't know. They did say they're taking a small break to look at the footage and such.

Filming wraps on November 8th.
