Harry potter actually shows that when you do the spell, it erases everything.
Herminone did that spell on her parents and we were shown all the pictures got erased.
Hermione didn't use a single spell but modified her parent's memory and that too not in first six books. So, wait maybe in next ten years you will get answer for this in MCU too. Anyway, the point was - it does happen no? So, if Magic can do wonders there, then Dr. Strange who is a powerful Magician so, it should be easier for him to do that, no?

I'm a little confused about the forget spell. What about the footage recorded of people talking about Peter Parker being Spiderman, does this all get erased too in their files or youtube videos or whatever? Seems way too convenient even for a superhero movie.
If you could believe that people could disappear in Harry Potter movies on a crowded platform... and never filmed, when at the entrance of Railway station, these people must have always been photographed/checked at least once by camera.
Believing that all footage related to Spiderman will be gone is no brainer, when Magic is involved. Strange's spell is correcting/interfering in the timeline itself. So, yeah Magic starts its work when Tom Holland revealed his face to anyone. If that spell was just the "forget me" blip that Men in Black did then it wouldn't have opened multiverse.

Spider-Man 2/Spider-Man
Homecoming
Spider-Man 3
TASM 2
Far From Home
TASM
Andrew is sexy, has sexy gf, has sexy brain and gets sexy powers. I can't relate with this guy. Not Everyone can relate to Elon Musk, you know. IMO, Peter needs to be someone grounded and superhero when he is masked. My Wife liked TASM and TASM 2, didn't care story was absolute shit. She was in it for style and romance. Andrew is great as Spiderman, when he is masked after his initial rage hunt is over, he becomes a gr8 spidey.
Far From Home would have been great if Tony was never involved and Jake was really a Mysterio with powers. The fight sequences are one of best to watch on 55 inch TV in 4K.
I was embarrassed for Tobey when I had watched him dance/act sexy in theatres back when it was released... but now, those things feels normal because of those Meme. MJ cheated 7 times, once flash, twice harry, thrice Peter and didn't even spare her fiancé, JJ's son. JJJ was so mad at Peter that he travelled through multiverse to come haunt poor Tom Holland.
It's stupid to compare Animated movie with a Live-Action. Animation gives you liberties like no live action can, especially when you are copying Comic's style.

You all think I'm a Marvel hater but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one here who bought a ticket for 4 different showings.
SpoilerOk, they cost only 50 cents each. My regal subscription running out tomorrow and I didn't want to renew (cuz I'm gonna be out of the country over winter break) and I didn't know which day my friends were willing to go yet, so I bought a ticket for myself for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Well, You need to see it that many times to rip it apart, no? ;D

“Obviously it’s gotten even more complicated with streaming and the sort of overabundance of superhero movies. Most of the stuff I don’t take too seriously. I mean, it seems that there is a bit of a preoccupation with superhero films. I like them. It seems to be something that’s popular these days to sort of wonder if they’ve ruined movies and all this kind of stuff. I just don’t feel that way.”
Anderson noted that the pandemic is a sure contributor to the decline of box office, but noted that a certain Marvel entry opening on December 17 is reason for hope. “I mean, look, we’re all nervous about people getting back to the theater, but you know what’s going to get them back in movie theaters? ‘Spider-Man.’ So let’s be happy about that.”
“There’s a lot of money out there right now for people to make movies. When I started making films, there was a lot of money out there for a window of time, and it was home-video money. If you could make a movie for, let’s say, a million and a half, two million dollars, keep it under three, and you had a couple of genre elements, there was the home-video component to making a film that needed to be fed. Which is essentially the same as streaming — call it home video, VHS, whatever you want to call it. It’s something that gets into your house and gives you entertainment, right? So the playing field hasn’t changed that drastically, you know? There’s some money out there,” he said.
But, he added, “Now it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Because there’s so much stuff. I am one of those people who spends an hour looking at the menu and then I’m exhausted."
PTA’s “Licorice Pizza” is now in limited release before expanding nationwide on Christmas Day.

Slow in my city, not at level of Infinity war, leave Endgame.
Me and @charlie Jatinder were scrambling for tickets yesterday thinking we'll be late, now I'm just hoping that theater gets full by Thursday lol.
Half of people, I know won't get tickets. Prices too high and 3D sucks with everything becomin darker than it should be. BMS wants people to buy 3D first, they aren't even showing any 2D shows in my city. 400-600/ticket is a lot.
I remember I had option of buying 2D tickets the moment they had went live all over India.

They still haven't opened ticket sale in many towns (like mine in Lucknow). Someone I know- told me they are doing it slowly so they don't crash....

I love how much official info there is for South Korea. Why can't every country do that?!?
India's 1 state out of 28 is going to do that in few months.

Except the numbers I see - everything here....oh, well.
I am Marvel and DCEU fan and Don't worry, I will keep consuming this poison of an entertainment so that the theatres and Cinemas can stay afloat and give you great movies like The Last Duel and WSS, occasionally. You don't have to thank us Product driven, soul-less, Franchise loving idiots, we don't deserve that because even at gun-point I won't go and watch your Real films.

Wow.. It's something~ but man, the length Marvel have gone to promote the already hyped movie, if they won't make millions who will?
No fake emotions there.

Umm....They did a lot of wrong with our films too. But, we do not shout everyday about it like: "Why F9 got release if Hollywood is blocked", "CCP is a shit", "I would be happy if NWH defeat TBALC", "Chinese movies are propaganda", "When will NWH release?"......It's a normal timetable that Japanese Animation to release in China within three years, Exception for popular directors works is within 6 months. You can see My Neighbor Toroto released after 40 years in 2018, But, we do not cry everyday that film is not releasing in China. Just letting it pass by. We do not talk much about it. If a Hollywood film gets a Japanese timetable for release in Mainland China, then internets will definitely be flooded with lots of hatred, but for us, it's normal, we wishes to our Chinese fans to enjoy the film that all. We never blame CCP involvement in passing CFA regulation. But, I see everyday, people rants about them, &that same group of people can not go to China,& speak those rants in front of their officals.....Normally, Japanese release do not pass review if there are bloody violence.
But I said nothing about Japanese movies but I do got your point.

They will not involve cast that has related controversies in China, or a persona grata or a person blacklisted by the Government of Mainland China. or they may edit that part out for Mainland China.
If they do it once, it will become a habit. It's tough to change actors once they are cast so, MCU and Disney will have to add a new clause with their actors other than NDA - #Don't speak your mind on China. #Don't support Hong Kong. #Don't Support Tibet. #Don't Support Taiwan. In few coming years, With how fast China is growing in power, more clauses will become available - #Don't Support India and #Don't Support Japan.

Still i find hard to believe this is because of COVID only, these movies are opening pretty bad the whole year no matter how good or bad the environment is, so there's definitely a bigger problem hitting them.
Why is there such a debate? Adults above 45+ aren't really going out to watch movies. Out of 780k deaths in USA due COVID, 700k were people past the age of 45+.
I don't know how many of you are above 45 age, but yea, they are reluctant. I am pretty sure it would be rare to find a person above age of 50, who doesn't know at least one colleague or acquaintance, who wasn't able to survive COVID.
SH movies are supported by us young ones, so yeah... In all parts of world, we died least and fear Corona least.

Currently 24 shows and 9297 sold so far. Can add 7 shows more at max, if it did will be recording 12.5k final admits. There are few films with 30 shows, this is getting one extra show in large screen.
Gross record is very likely.
It's Prasad cinemas in Hyderabad or Ariesplex of Trivandram?

I was searching for excel sheet - I had made way back in 2019. I was remembering 1.4m cuz that's was count when sales had started in my city and BMS had broken down.

How much did Endgame make over here?
Around 62m in USDs or 430 Crores in Indian Currency i.e 4.3b in INR (Indian Currency).
Also, Endgame ended up with 1.7m "like to see" before movie released. SM NWH will reach half of those, I suppose - so you can hope for ~30m lol though they don't translate to money but generally it shows how hyped we are.

From year 2013 to 2019 - 200m+ tickets were sold each and every year in SK.
226.67m tickets were sold in 2019 in South Korea and End-Game sold 13.9m out of those (That's 6.1% of market share of 2019).
This year has been abysmal, Just 53m Tix have sold in 2021 and sales have been lowest in the 1st week of December at just 10k tix/day in whole of south-Korea. This show's Korean are reluctant and that market itself isn't ready for movies, doesn't matter who says otherwise.Eternals has sold 3m tickets this year and that's 5.6% of total market of 2021.
Roaring Currents (2014) had made most market of it's year at 8%, The Host (2006) and Haeundae (2009) are close 2nd as top grossers of years who were able to share 7.5% of total market of their respective year. The last year's top film The Man Standing Next, which was released before all the lockdowns was able to share 8% of market of 2020.
This year though, If NWH sells 5m tickets that would be 8.5% share and 6m tickets sold will take it to 10% of 2021's total market sale. Some people think NWH can reach 10m ticket, which in a way will be humongous 15% share of 2021's total market - a feat which has never happened in Korean Market.

It will probably cross 200 Crore+ in India that is around 26-30m+ in India.
Bookmyshow has almost 500k Interested to see and it still isn't even showing up on Bookmyshow's front page in major cities. People have to specifically search for the movie and like it.

Ah thanks, didn't knew it went like that. I always thought RT chose it's rotten or not based on if it's given half or less.
