Was expecting 3.5h but 3h16m is not bad either -
Teaser that was shown is super short and don't show much. At first glance it looks like discovery channel documentary style showing beauty of Pandora but there are some shoots showing some smoke from explosions also Jake covered in blood so we can expect there will be some epic battles like in first movie. Looks like humans are changing their main goals compared to first movie which was unobtanium mining. From previous page Recom Equipment: "to retake Pandora in order to provide a new home for humanity".

Could be action packed also with number of new characters from Na'vi and human side I would not be surprised if movie is like 3.5h long. Avatar 1 was mainly following Jake and Neytiri, here we have their 5 kids, whole new clan and also more humans with way bigger base and military than in first movie.

Even through IMAX 3D tickets here in EU country are selling good (checked todays last screenings) they are taking it out tomorrow and replacing with all Amsterdam.

Is anybody taking RT scores seriously these days when even verified ratings can be mass bought bot spam action with 1/10 or 10/10 scores

It's possible that some projectors that Imax uses can't run 4k 3D HDR and HFR at same time. Not an expert I just saw few comments that said Dolby uses Christie projectors that can output it in fully HFR glory.

I'm big Avatar fan but due to screens limited short 2 week release I don't expect it to make even $70m globally.

Difference is quite clear but you need to click it and open on bigger screen, re-release CGI and overall picture is more sharper than blu-ray (even though that re-release footage is just bad bitrate youtube video) and there are slight color differences but nothing too drastic.
