Magical. Can't wait to read reviews from Venice, Whiplash was amazing.

Lionsgate Vice Chairman: “The DVD business is going to be around a lot longer than people think. It’s still a massive business for us. It’s not going away.”
He's basing this statement on how well Warrior has done on video.
Warrior was huge in my country. It wasn't even released in cinemas but HV made it one of the most popular movies of last few years.

Remember when Disney wanted Leto as Tron 3 villain. LOL. Gosling was offered the Joker before Leto so it's quite bizarre to see them together in a big-budget movie now.

Dear god Raimi's original Spider-Man movie is perfect. Miss the days when superhero movies were like this, and not all "giant magical monster gonna destroy the entire world/universe"
Yeah. Raimi's first two Spider-Man movies, Singer's first two X-Mens... Those were character-driven CBMs set in the real world.

Corn conquers all?
SpoilerIn the draft I read there's both: corn and love. It was like Interstellar on Earth. Even the ending was basically the same. No idea if they changed anything (read it 2 years ago or so) but it's a good script.
-
The script is very good but if you don't like Interstellar you probably won't like this one...

120+ is great but legs will be brutal now. Originally I thought it'd hold better than BvS but now think SS could challenge Hulk's 70% second weekend drop.

Does he work for WB or associated to SS production?Stop it pls, if it was close to 250M major sites would talk about it for sure, and as far as I know WB have to state real production numbers
Nilephelan with all respect doesn't know more about SS real budget than any of us.175m is official production budget but it was rumored re-shoots did cost another 40-50m. Look at BvS - Snyder himself said it was cheaper than MoS then Warners claimed 250m but few weeks back THR confirmed LR's original story about 300+ production budget. LOL

Remember when RedLetterMedia said in their BvS review that maybe Warners should sell DC to Marvel. Starting to think they were right.

So yeah it's no good at all. First 40-50 mins are quite entertaining but then I lost any interest. Smith and Robbie were two best aspects of this piece of c***. Leto as The Joker was simply awful. I love that character since I was 3 but this version is dreadful. And Cara is the worst CBM villain since Sharon Stone in Catwoman.

Yeah, minus China it's gonna make even less than STID. Doubt they'll make ST4 now.

Lee's Hulk is amazing.

Awful. Looks like those chinese fantasy movies.

No idea what to think about this one. Looks like Unbroken but Gibson is a much, much better director than Jolie.

That's like saying this summer had Dory and Civil War so it automatically wins. Summer '03 is by far the most abysmal summer of my lifetime overall. Nothing else comes close. Terminator 3, Bad Boys 2, SWAT, Hulk, Spy Kids 3, American Wedding, Daddy Day Care, Charlie's Angels 2, Legally Blonde 2, Tomb Raider 2, The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Jason vs Freddy, Jeepers Creepers 2, Johnny English, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Uptown Girls, Dumb and Dumberer, SinBAD, The In-Laws, My Boss's Daughter, The Medallion, Hollywood Homicide, From Justin to Kelly, fucking Gigli....MOTHER OF GOD WHEN WILL THE LAMBS STOP SCREAMING.
Summer '03 was amazing. I repeatedly watch most of these movies. Also summer '04 was great.
For this summer I had huge expectations but so far I've only seen one movie in cinema (Civil War). Usually I'm around 6-8. :/

Hollywood Homicide is one of my favorite bad movies leave it out of your shaming
Love you! It's just so bizarre... like a wonderful combination of serious Ayer-esque cop movie / meta-comedy about Hollywood / "I don't give a ****".

Positive 6/10 from TimeOut: "The action scenes just about justify the existence of this fourth instalment." - LOL

Yeah, right now I'm somewhere between 49-55M with my OW prediction.
Hacksaw Ridge | Nov 4 2016 | Lionsgate | WWII movie directed by Mel Gibson. Starring Andrew Garfield, Sam Worthington, Luke Bracey, Teresa Palmer. The movie gets the BOZ/Tele/WB seal of approval.
