Yeahh those rating mean that the movie will resonate with general audience pretty well just like the first one. And you know what that means 😁 -
What do you mean? Its getting great reviews, that not everyone is gonna like it was clear, but the majority says its much better than the first one, better story, better visuals und the last act is beyond epic.

Oh man cant believe it, just 3 days than i will be on pandora again. I know some fans who wanted to see this movie aren´t with us anymore 😢, so i´m thankful to witness this movie after 13 years.

People said that avatar wont make 700mio WW back than, it would be a total flop. Its always the same with cameron movies "IT will flop, no one wants to see a movie about titanic, where everyone knows whats happen" "No one wants to see a movie about blue cat people, it will totally flop". And yet we are here, in 2022 and people still bring up the same claims. They will never learn.

People who mention the runtime of a2 and think it will hurt its BO run seems to forget that EG had also a runtime of over 3h.and it didnt stop it from becoming one of the biggest BO movies.

What people dont get, avatar was not just a movie, it was an attraction, a roller coaster of a movie that you had to see and experience for yourself. If avatar 2 can pull the same trigger i see the same numbers, maybe even higher.

Going to watch avatar 3 times next week. On 14.12 with a good friend, 16.12 with brother in law and 18.12 with my brother 😁

People who criticize cameron for his statement, know shit about him. He created, supported and loves strong female characters since the 80ies, long before it was cool. Some of the toughest and strongest female characters in cinema history where created by him. For example sarah connor or ripley , ok ripley was created by ridley scott but cameron turned her into a bad ass female character. There are also others, neytiri, vasquez, trudy, linsey brigmann etc.
