dxmatrixdt Posted August 28, 2018 Share Posted August 28, 2018 I think revisiting a year in film can be healthy. - it helps shed the mental timestamp on each film if you let it. As a lone atheist, I feel empowered to choose which memories to consider or overwrite. (breathe fresh air into tainted movies/memories). Then you can talk about or bring up the same movies on your own ground and be in control without feeling like you are reliving something. (and then you wont have to avoid those certain movies).
