  1. Scott is the king of extended/director's cuts though. I still want a damn Exodus DC.
  2. I know you guys are probably just joking with the super hero recommendations for Damon, but he should play a villain instead. The Riddler maybe? He's good at playing a genius and he'd be working with Ben again.
  3. Some reviewers expect a lot of shit flying at you in 3d, this doesn't have that from what I've read. It supposedly adds depth and stuff making it prettier.
  4. That part in The Right Stuff when Sam Shepherd walks out of the smoke and wreckage in the desert like an og > Apollo 13, Gravity, Interstellar, and The Martian.
  5. maybe, maybe not. The average doesn't matter, Black Mass has an average of 6.8 and has been climbing up close to 90. As of now anyways.
  6. sounds like it may get major oscar nominations. That could add a lot to the box office like it did with Gravity, Argo, etc.
  7. I don't see why Bourne and Suicide Squad should have to compete against each other so late in the summer. There needs to be some reshuffling imo. Hell, if the Martian breaks out box office wise, maybe early October release! Bourne always targeted the more mature blockbuster audiences anyways.
  8. this was the year of the spy movie but next year will have the best in Bourne. Is Suicide Squad supposed to be rated R? I wonder if they should move away from that movie.
  9. any word of the screening that happened tonight? or do I have the date and time wrong?
  10. to be fair, this is starting to feel like a big hit. But giving him that salary before they started was risky indeed. But at the same time leo and I guess pitt are the only ones with more star power than damon currently and Scott can make big movies for much lesser than just about any other director. Damn, now that I think about it, dude is about to get 25m+ for 3 straight movies, this, The Great Wall, and Bourne (which includes a huge back end % so i hear).
  11. So this has a 135m dollar budget give or take, and it's still shooting. It opens wide on Jan. 8th on the same date as Tarantino's The Hateful Eight (right?). And Michael Bays new movie comes out the weekend after and it looks murica! ala American Sniper and Lone Survivor. Is this movie going to flop? Or does Leo's star power (along with Hardy) save the project?
