These reviews make me kind of want to watch it.

I'm curious if this will be in the same vein as Storks or not.

This looks well made but I still refuse to believe no one looked at Lady Gaga's character or hear her sing and not help her or fall in love with her before Bradley Cooper shows up

So is the release schedule for this right? Box Office Mojo is reported at 1,800 screens but it's not even in any theater near me in a 2 hour radius. Like I don't live in the middle of nowhere, but I at least expected this to be in an hour drive.

This is not the worst film of the year by any standards. The Muppets themselves are really cool, the plot is actually good, the human characters don't overshadow the puppets themselves, and I did like McCarthy in this. Sadly there aren't enough big laughs in this and it doesn't reach it's full potential. It's also not as raunchy which is good since the trailer was god awful for this. It's a good, perfect rental. I was a little shocked that Henson's son directed this though.

This is getting really good buzz so why the Labor Day dump?
-
this movie looks bad and no buzz at all
-
God, I want to get behind this movie but it just looks so bad. It's trying way too hard to be edgy.

This movie has Ronda Rousey. I honestly didn't know that till I looked up IMDB. The marketing has been non-existent.

I don't think I will check it out. Coming from a guy who doesn't hate Moore. I actually did like his Sicko documentary. This looks like he's trying to cram a lot into this. Also no way he can make Drumpf look stupid.

68% on RT. The reviews have finally been released and it still leaves many confused on why Disney waited so long on releasing the reviews.

I can't imagine this movie being a flat out turd. Maybe not the greatest but definitely not horrible.
-
I am extremely confused about why Disney is holding the reviews back so late on this. They didn't even do that for Wrinkle In Time and that movie was plain garbage

Despite the few good tweets, the lack of reviews and the negative one from DT concerns me.

I was curious if reviews were coming. I'm looking forward to hearing the reaction. With those trailers, I can't imagine this movie sucking.

If this movie is good (which the trailers haven't given any induction, it will disappoint) then why is disney holding back on the reviews? Everyone I talk too seems to be looking forward to seeing this. The adults I know are interested.

I don't understand Sony's thinking with this. They rushed production, didn't bring Jack Black who was one of the better aspects of the original (are we sure Jack Black is voicing Slappy? That didn't sound like Jack Black in the trailer and he didn't pop up on the IMDB page) and then the plot seems like a rehash. No matter what, Sony continues to be Sony.

I been seeing a lot of TV ads today

Just saw a TV ad on Cartoon Network

I think the legs for this will be nice with a small opening weekend.

I don't see this movie doing that good.

Well at least Jack Black is going to be in the film even if it's more for a Cameo. Should of been in the movie a lot more.
