The spin on this one is my favorite:

All tweeted within the hour.
Don't know how this person has over a thousand followers and believing everything being fed to them.

THIS IS WB EXECS ON MONDAY MORNING
WB working overtime Saturday night, trying to figure out what estimates they'll be putting out tomorrow.
Guess is, if it ends up around $97, no doubt they fudge it up as $100.1 or something like that to save some face, kind of like what they did with BVS's initial weekend estimate of $170.1 so that they could say it had beaten DH2, though actuals only ended up $166.

Time to look forward to the new INCREDIBLES 2 trailer to drop tomorrow

But JL won't be labeled as a "flop" right?
It'll still be barely profitable if it crosses $700m...?

They took out an extra 100k in a few mins? Geez. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Watching the 3 hour CNBC coverage yesterday, their Closing Bell/Fast Money analysts posted an interesting question:
"Which side (Disney, Fox, or competitor) leaked the supposed Disney/Fox discussions?"
Their analysts concluded that it was likely Fox behind the main leak because it was Fox who had everything to gain and actually benefited the most by leaking the report.
Leaking the report got Fox's stock to rise almost 10% yesterday, which gave Fox some added negotiating leverage to ask Disney for more money if they ever decide to re-engage talks again. -
David Faber (CNBC Reporter who broke the news) on CNBC Fast Money:
"We'll see where this goes from here, but once either side looks at the positive stock market reaction, they certainly may be emboldened to re-engage they're talks again soon".

Tune in to CNBC Closing Bell if you have cable tv, they've been talking about this story for an hour now.
What they're saying is that Disney/Fox deal is "not dead" just inactive but will likely be revisited again and that both companies have mutual benefits to gain from it. They also said that the reason for the Disney/Fox talks is to counter the ever growing streaming services like Netflix.
Fox's shares are up 9.97%, investors in Fox want this to happen.

Loved Thor Ragnarok, it was just fun. I also loved the soundtrack! Something about it reminded me of Stranger Things, very retro-esque.

Next trailer for JL will probably have the CinemaCon Footage. They are definitely announcing Wonder Woman 2.
Next JL trailer will likely have more emphasis on Wonder Woman. Got to milk her good graces any marketing chance they can.
As for a WW sequel, it will be interesting to see how it'll be done. May use the same template as Captain America, going from World War to modern times, if they go that route as a woman stuck in time. Wonder Woman 2: The Winter Warrior!
Then part 3 can be Civil Wonder!

Wonder Woman felt almost like Captain America the First Avenger
from the setting, the plot, the journey, the love story, even down to the film's ending. C'mon 2 people named Steve on a plane, I'll just leave it at that. But I think WW did it just a bit better.
Patty Jenkins could've made a real nice Cap movie too.

Being at $98m it's so close that no way WB doesn't fudge this a bit and make it hit $100m.
$100.3 million will be WB's Sunday morning press release estimate. They love their .3's

Great number but I really wanted 120+
I will learn my lesson and temper my expectations for JL
Wonder Woman will no doubt be more heavily featured in future JL advertising.

So safe to say $100m is a lock, right?

SS will definitely hit $300m I'd say about 99% sure. If it somehow ends up around $290+ WB will just re-release it to the cheap theaters to push it to $300m.
Correction: $300.1 m
