I get the impression they couldn't make up their minds on where to put HQ thus we go from SS wrenched up in post so that she's spun off to her own thing to changing their minds and putting her back in SS2. Perhaps they were worried the sequel wouldn't do as well without her? (Honestly I don't blame them for wondering that.)
I'm glad she's back in the Suicide Squad. All those movies would be overexposure of the character.

I think Diablo will be back (he can't die in the comics) and they'll retcon the ending of the first film. Unless this film takes place before Joker rescues Harley.

I predict Sivana releases Black Adam at the end of Shazam which makes Amanda Waller send the Suicide Squad after him. They better get more metahumans on their team though.

I'm interested who will be cast for supporting roles in this film. The cast of the first film should be dead.

Or they'll go with the original. The fact that he's a ancient Egyptian is enough reason for their costumes to be different.

I dont know. For me, personally, this year's March slate is pretty muted outside of RED SPARROW and TOMB RAIDER.
A lot of the March slate seems to be filled with possible surprise hits or big flops. They can go either way.

Any info on when production will start? I know Corin Hardy is attached to The Nun right now even though he shot the film in just 30 days and that was some time ago.

There won't be. At some point in the movie someone will say how both Kong and Godzilla are both necessary for balance or some bullcrap and they'll be separated or they'll fight a bigger monster together.
