I thought the movie was terrible but the Gwen - Peter relationship was awesome and emotional. It would have been a great love story movie but it sucks as a comic book movie. Spider-Man's jokes just aren't funny and Electro was not needed at all. I would give it a 6/10.

Well there's still Guardians to watch...MoS faced 2 movies that opened to 150M combined. Not to mention the inflated Father's Day Sunday.MoS comparisons do not work with TASM2.

True but still won't help the weekend. It absolutely needs to stay above 4M Thursday to even stand a chance at a 38M+ weekend.

Well regardless, I don't think TASM2 should drop over 65%. The last comic book movie to do so was MoS. That was because it faced 150M in competition. I fully expect a drop between 58-64%. You have to remember, there isn't much competition. Even if Neighbors blows up, TASM2 should not be affected too much.
