The Jungle Book was......... ok. Better than Chef. Some amazing technical aspects and a pretty good score but the story and pacing weren't strong. Some fucking eyeroll worthy stuff towards the end. 6/10, 6.5 if I'm being generous.
Anyways, glad to see Disney has another gigantic hit on their hands even if I didn't really care for the movie.
Oh yeah??? Gonna go talk about this on imdb?
Hunh?

I know.
I just think of Moore as a guy who transcends light/dark style debates. For The Man Who Has Everything is such a perfect story. He is the crazy, creepy writer who also totally gets Superman.
-
Complete and utter wishful thinking... Alan Moore comes into the DCEU and does to it what he did to Swamp Thing and Marvelman/Miracleman.
So what if he doesn't make movies.

WTF.
Support an iffy movie if you want, but let's not insult Taylor Swift.

Spectre!! What about Spectre??
With the $3k estimate for Friday, where are we in the $199,975,000-$199,980,000 range?

Rank the Rocky movie training montages.

Missed X-Men marketing move. Fassbender should've taken the stage in full Magneto gear and ripped the crowd for their tepid discussion of race when Homo Superior reigns supreme.
-
Inside Out should be halfway to the first Animated Feature/Best Picture double.

It would be funny if Spectre eked past $200m Dom at the same time The Revenant passed it for 10th on the 2015 domestic list after a miraculous post-Oscar run.
(Not predicting that)

Room didn't make much money.
Prisoners has similarities, but it did.
Jackman boosted sales for Prisoners.
Don't be a goof, Ethan.

Cant wait for all the crazy optimistic predictions to flop, you guys thought I was harsh about quality of SW (a series I very much enjoy most of the time)? You haven't seen anything yet.
This is a threat to dislike movies you haven't seen??

Would like to see "Room" get a boost.
The subject is so grim, but "Prisoners" got $80 million. I know, Hugh Jackman.

Uh, you said he's part of the "Hollywood conspiracy", I didn't mean Inarritu I meant this supposed conspiracy.
Another poster referred to a conspiracy.

A month ago, I was hoping for 180/450. Seems that could still happen.
