Who cares? It was DOA everywhere. Although it should pull some respectable numbers here.

Intouchables is estimated at 1.6m for the week, for a running total of 13.661m.http://www.cine-directors.net/boxbis.htm

It was sixth on Friday. The difference must not have been enough to guarantee second place.

Dead Poets Society, Dangerous Minds, The Full Monty.

There's 19 days left in the year. Something amazing is going to have to happen for 2011 to save face.

Three posts in a row, all saying the same thing.

I haven't seen Spider-Man 2 for ages, but I don't remember being struck by its VFX at all. POA should have won.

I found Aliens to be disappointing. As someone who see's Cameron's best films as Terminator 2 and Aliens...Titanic and Avatar are disappointing in comparison. They might have been bigger and made more money...but they weren't better. Better spectacles, weaker films.

What I mean is that Titanic is stronger in every department. Even the special effects.Of cause it is. Titanic is like, the biggest tear jerker of all time. But that's not the point here.
-
Titanic is much stronger than Avatar.

The Driver.

I'd say much more than $450m DOM, but $600m OS seems reasonable.

It's funny how it's mostly happening to guys.

Is that like a thing? Because there's a really good Legend of Zelda one:I'd love to see some other franchises get this sort of treatment.

Absolutely hilarious, one of the best films of 1988.A-Also, a poll should be added.
-
Lots of MA movies, 8/20. That seems more than normal.
-
All the James Bond movies. And when you put them in the archive, could you list them as James Bond: [title], because there's so many of them and that'll make them easier to find.
-
Shouldn't the movie be able to just stand on its own? Who cares if The Muppets haven't been big for ages, if the film is good people should flock to it.That just hasn't happened. But once again, why did a lot of us think it would be that big (Muppets)? It hasn't been for years.

I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.
