  1. 1.35M for Northman and 1.15M for Bad Guys specifically by the way. That would likely lead to about 12M for Northman 30M+ for Bad Guys. 35M could even happen.
  2. Doctor Strange 2 Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-14 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 234 9609 45297 21.21% Total Seats Sold Today: 115 Comp 0.677x of Spider-Man: No Way Home T-14 (33.83M) 1.975x of The Batman T-14 (42.65M) God this sales period is so boring.
  3. Yes. Granted none of my theaters did the Saturday sneaks, but...
  4. I dunno. Like I said, I'm tired.
  5. The Northman Greater Philadelphia Seat Report Final Count Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 22 610 3758 11.02% Total Seats Sold Today: 196 Comp 0.714x of Old (1.07M) 0.935x of Snake Eyes (1.31M) 6.224x of The Last Duel (2.18M) 0.261x of Dune (1.33M) 2.007x of Ambulance (1.4M) Yeah it was a bad start, though it isn't helped that the movie has very limited showtimes. Most theaters are only giving this 1 showing. Not sure if it's because Focus is a mini-major or couldn't get a good deal or what. It's kind of bogus, since it is selling well in those single showtimes, but I guess that means it'll have a good IM? I dunno, I'm tired right now.
  6. The Bad Guys Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report Final Count Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 48 375 6856 5.47% Total Seats Sold Today: 223 Comp 0.491x of Boss Baby 2 (643K) 0.476x of Jungle Cruise (1.28M) 1.963x of Addams Family 2 (1.08M) 4.310x of Ron's Gone Wrong (1.03M) 0.553x of Encanto (830K) Averages out to 973K. Adjust down to like...I dunno, 850K, and that leads to a 25M weekend?
  7. I mean these Fandango polls are far from scientific and are usually prone to recency bias, both in terms of movies coming out sooner or just recently had trailers launch. These top 10s do usually work as an indicator of what is looking likely to be the top 10 of a season/year, and you just kinda have to do detective work on what will miss out. Honestly, if you take out Downton Abbey and add in Super Pets, and that top 10 seems legit, albeit it won't be anywhere near identical to the final rankings. (Though it helps the product this summer is a lot smaller than usual due to COVID. A smaller pool makes it easier to look at the top 10)
  8. Buzz in this new movie basically looks like a generic cop/Republican/antivaxxer in his physique and facial appearance. I think it's funnier to recognize him as a realistic Joe from Family Guy but that's just me.
  9. Moderation Okay, let's do this one more time. 1. We have a politics subforum where you can air out your "grr liberals bad" or "the Dems are fucked this November" posts (Although really, don't bother. We really don't need this kind of stuff here). The midterms have nothing to do with The Flash. You know it. I know it. Your grandma knows it. The only reason I think you would bring up these topics is to troll and/or try to "own the libs". Which is not only super off-topic, but is sooooooo 2016. So don't try this again. 2. Yes, Ezra Miller's gender identity does not excuse their actions. I don't know why I have to explain this, since nobody was excusing Miller's actions, but I felt I had to clarify this since that seems to be something a few posters think is happening. 3. Likewise, Ezra Miller's gender identity does not explain their abusive behavior whatsoever. Identifying as non-binary does not represent said person's mental state, nor their treatment of certain sexes. That's nothing more than offensive rhetoric. Don't even try with this. 4. As I've said before, the staff will not give out any warning points or misdemeanors for identifying Ezra Miller with "he/him". Personally speaking, I prefer if people use "they/them" when mentioning Ezra Miller, but I can't stop this from happening. However, we will not tolerate any deliberate misidentifying of Miller's gender identity. Saying they are not nonbinary, or using their gender idenity as a means to attack them or use as the root cause for their poor behavior is prohibited. Full stop. 5. If you find any of this stuff objectionable, then quite frankly, leave. I don't want to put up with this kind of garbage, I feel safe in saying the feeling is mutual with the rest of the staff, and there's no reason to be on a website where you don't like the rules. That is all.

So...I guess that's something.
