Moderation @watcher1232 has been threadbanned for 24 hours for starting an idiotic flame war. Anybody who continues this "Alita is actually a James Cameron" argument will also see a threadban. This isn't the Alita thread, so zip it. Just as an aside also to @JamesCameronScholar, I really suggest you put certain users on your Ignore list. There is no need to go into these pointless arguments, and continuing these pointless arguments isn't beneficial to anybody. Just let the mods do their job and don't set fuel to the fire.

We're not doing this "lol look at these Cameron fanboys. So delusional. Fanboys gonna fanboy" It's not funny, never was funny, and frankly is unnecessary nonsense that clogs up the forums. We still have eight months to go, and we really don't need to deal with this garbage any longer. Anybody who continues to backtalk "the haters" or "the fanboys" will see a thread ban. I also expect all parties to tolerate differing opinions on the film's quality, the marketing, the box office potential, and so on. You're adults, so act your age.

Disney's CinemaCon presence is always pretty light, especially when it's a D23 year. We'll get a trailer timed to Lightyear, more details at D23, one more trailer in September, and call it a day.
