TF5 was the worst movie in transformer series based on RT, that surely help WW as the WW is now, the movie with the best RT score now in theater, making big contrast when people choose to watch which movie......
No one who sees it will care about TF's RT score. Actually, at this point, I'd take that score as a good sign if I was a fan.

Alright, now I know you're just trolling.
Someone can have an emotional reaction to something you don't even relate to.
People, as similar as they can be at times, are ultimately different. The consequence of which is a pretty little thing called opinions.

Greatest blockbuster of the decade: Inception.
Definitely up there.
SpoilerI'm more of a
SpoilerSpoilerSpoilerBatman v Superman : Dawn of Justice guy myself. But it's just my opinion.

I marathoned the entire franchise in one night to get ready for TLK. I didn't like anyone and I skipped half of the second one. But I really loved the entire third act of the third one. Somehow I actually felt tension in a movie about characters I either downright hated or didn't really care for.

I respect Cameron immensely and when he is saying that your action is out of this world, then you have done something right. Transformers 3 misses Fox but other than that it's pretty frikkin epic.
That tentacle/building sex scene was awesome

nah. WW was hailed by feminists. Justice League won't have that going for it. It will also see more of a negative impact from the reception of BvS. Now if it's as well received as Wonder Woman then maybe it can match it.
Is being 'hailed by feminists' what gave WW her BO success?

It really is kind of fascinating to watch. It's a combination of the generally high opening cape genre as well as the more robust legs of female-centric films and also a novelty factor. I simply can't see any later female-led cape film come close to what WW is doing. Possibly a really well received Harley Quinn movie that pulls in teen/20s/early-30s women hard. Going to finally have a chance to take my 6-year old daughter today.
Also, obligatory:
I read somewhere that movies that sincerely appealed to the female demo as much as it did males, or even more tended to be leggier because ladies tend to repeat viewings. I think I was reading about Titanic at the time.

Germans lost the war in 1914 soooo.... 14M?
Fuck, I'm not good at these.
One of the villans in Wonder Woman is German and it has a 93% on RT.
So. 93m Tuesday. Record Breaker.

WW 3d selling better than Mummy. It's just a fact, not someone's naive dreams.
Drop the mic.
Is it normal for Mummy to not be on MT top 5? Cause it not right now.

I also hope that Hollywood finally can drop the trope of the hero being joined by a completely useless person (male or female) that are only there to be rescue by the hero again and again.
Where will they get cheap tension from?

Nope. That's a fairytale. Dream. Illusion. Hallucination.

Honestly, both movies I saw in theaters last week (WW and Baywatch) would have gone up a full point if they had about 20-30 minutes cut. @Halba is wrong about longer runtimes being better
You're not excited for a 3hr Transformers historical epic?

Unless production for JL is worse than what's being reported, it won't be delayed at all. They've done an immense amount of reshoots to make the film better than what Snyder is fully capable of, so WB has made it's bed and will have to sleep in it too.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkReshoots. Have. NOT. Started. Yet.

Because it would make the negative reception BvS had (making more than half your total from opening weekend can in no way be spun as a positive) even more glaring and how much potential it would've had had it enjoyed a positive (or at least significantly less divisive) one.
Yeah. The world needs to open it's eyes and see that BvS could have made more money than it did.
Wake up sheeple!

Nothing is flawless. They are not gonna delay it -- why would they? You're creating these false narratives just to set up your idealized hope of what would happen.
You just echoed your own comment. This is like trying to soak up a diamond.

I'd oppose that. First because there is no novelty there, it already happened with BvS and I do think that if at the very least BvS kinda screwed up WW's opening, it deserved to open much bigger than already did but it's not like this film won't have June all for itself, so that's amazing news.
I think that WB takeaways from Wonder Woman should be the following, if they are wise:
- More Patty Jenkins, Gal Gadot and Wonder Woman 2 ASAP.
- Geoff Johns and Joss Whedon working closely together for Justice League. From what Zack Snyder directed to the additional shooting. Take a good hard luck why the acts on WW work and BvS did not, especially the third act.
- To enhance Gadot's role in JL without looking forced. Some tweaks from Whedon/Johns should be enough.
- Ask Jenkins what story she thinks she could tell with a third Justice League film. Let her focus on Wonder Woman's sequel first, keep networking with up and coming female directors for a possible switch up if Jenkins ends up directing the third chapter of the JL.
- Focus on making brilliant movies like WW to get the general audience's trust back. Meaning have a clear focus. I'd suggest going further, in this order:
2018: Snyder's/Whedon's JL, Wan's Aquaman
2019: Reeve's Batman, Zemickis The Flash, Whedon's Batgirl
2020: Jenkins Wonder Woman 2, Raimi's Superman
2021: Cyborg, Reeve's Batman 2, Suicide Squad 2
2022: Zemickis The Flash 2, Whedon's JL 2

Mos 2.4x legs were not good.
Bvs and civil war are both mess and crap.
Don't treat superman as sacred, a filmmaker can make him what he wants.
If this is meant to be a common sense 'fact' post, it doesn't normally include hot take opinions.
