How do we feel about its likely dom performance?

Venom still in top 5 in China and gained showings over Sunday. Slow crawl to 860-870?

In China Venom did only 0.30m on Friday, but this is twice what Infinity War did on the Friday of Jurassic World Fallen Kingdon (0.14m). It will have 4 weeks left. How do we feel about 880m? Adrift and Dog 13 unlikely to keep level of showings past weekend?

If they see good holds when Aquaman is out, maybe there is a chance. Maybe already extended run as part of original agreement between Sony and Tencent. Guess we will see soon!

@Gavin Feng, Venom NOT getting an extension? If so why not? Lowest weekend drop yet + outperforming Infinity War after 1st (Friday--Thursday) week, strong 1st or 2nd place finishes every week, highest rating CBM, etc. Seems like shoein for extension. Is Tencent not wanting to have two films with their involvement running at same time (Aquaman out on the 3rd), or is it not known yet if Venom will be extended?

Maybe not. Venom had its best weekend drop just before Aquaman comes (out Monday). Almost matching holiday weekend of Infinity War when aligned. Tencent is promoted both. Synergy? Been tracking higher than Infinity War after its first week too! Would seem silly to cut its legs after just posting best weekend drop ever.

Can't it still cross Homecoming with an extension in China? Weekends for markets like China and Japan do not appear to be counted in current totals (all numbers on The-Numbers add up to 631.7 INT with China sitting at 251 million). Is this because they track Mon to Sun and won't be added until next week? China was down only 37% week over week and 2nd place, no extension would be odd?
