Aladdin is the biggest misfire from Disney in terms of marketing this year. It would have easily made 1.5b+ ww. It was not marketed properly in India, China and many other asian markets where it got good reception.

Wow, Domestic total below Frozen 2 will be amazing indeed. I wish Disney had marketed Aladdin properly, It would have made over 500m Domestic considering all the 3 movies released after it were dud.

Releasing Witcher was very smart decision from Netflix. 👌Lots of audience overlap between Witcher and TROS. Witcher must be attracting lots of female audience. People will rather sit and enjoy Witcher.

Very boring weekend. Neither TROS breaking out nor flopping. It's just underperforming at this point.

Maybe they are watching Witcher. Henry Cavill is much more appealing.

Soon, Star wars will only be seen by males. The lack of women on ow is also a major factor in its low opening.

This has to be extreme frontload. There are very few movies that haven't increased on Saturday.

JP is not of Main DCEU, we haven't seen Batman yet. And Regina King is on TV Show. I am talking about main franchise. Compare this to main franchise actors of MCU. Robert Downey Jr, Chadwick Boseman, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Brie Larson have been nominated for Oscars. Chris Evans has shown his acting in many good movies. Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt while not the best are very good comedic actors. Karen Gillan, Zoe Saldana and Sebastian Stan are fantastic. Hell even Dave Bautista acts better than Gal and Dwayne.

Just had an interesting observation, most of the actors that DC cast in lead roles cannot act. Dwayne Johnson, Jason Momoa and Gal Gadot are wooden. Henry Cavill is very limited. Wtf were WB thinking when casting them.

If Gal Gadot can have a good career in Hollywood then Daisy Ridley can easily have. I mean seriously, Daisy Ridley acts much better than Gadot.

Bombshell is very difficult movie to watch. I remember when Brie Larson's Room came out. It was very good movie but many were hesitant to watch it because of subject matter.

Never understood why MoS had mediocre legs. It was very liked movie in my circle.

Don't know about anybody else, but CS usually is good to determine legs of the movie.
