That episode pissed me off. Product placement is bad enough, but to literally shove shit in our faces like that... ugh. I want to watch the show, not an hour long advertisement.
Good numbers though! Such a great time to be a box office nerd!

This... times a million. I just got out of a showing and we had a family with four kids and a very much newborn baby sit right next to us, so we got up and moved, and again, got stuck this time by a couple with fucking twins. Thank god I am a fucking queer. I can't do that whole children shit, and I am glad I will never be the person subjecting people to my screaming sacks of shit...
Anyway, now that I have that off my chest, the movie was good, what I could hear over all the fucking children. Some very pixar like moments, and some that felt a little awkward to be honest. The movie was a tad bit too long, and I can understand where people say the story was lacking, but the visuals are everyting they have been made out to be, and it really was a mostly enjoyable film.

Well, thats really solid for TGD. It will be interesting to see how it plays out over the week. Also, really good for Creed.

Well, at least it looks on track to remain in the fresh area, maybe even in the mid 80s if things keep going the way it has been. The average might be lower, but at least they generally seem to like it.

I absolutely love it so far! It has a very interesting nature to it, and the instrumentation is unique.

That opening score is fantastic as well... it really helps create the epic nature that Disney was so desperate to achieve. As a kid I loved the movie, but now I can see its flaws.

Not awful, but clearly the finale factor isnt as big a deal here. Bodes very poorly for the coming Divergent films. lol

It looks visually flashy... but it doesnt look like an improvement on the already bland first film. I didnt hate the first film, it was just easy to forget... and this looks like more of the same. Hopefully Newton Howard does the score again because that was the best thing from the first film!

Well, I ended up seeing this with my hag... we both were pretty depressed after it. It's literally the most depressing "comedy" ever. I get that some drama is good, but you can have drama without it being a slog. Jesus...

The CGI looks super shitty, and the movie will probably be trash, but its going to be super cheesy hammy trash... and I love cheesy, hammy trash!

I think the posters look kinda cool. The teaser of the trailer had god awful music, but maybe the actual trailer will be better. I didnt mind the first film, but I dont think it warrented a second film of any kind. But the cast just got stronger, so thats a plus.

Oh FF... this is crazy how quick its dropping. To think it closed out its first week still well below what most thought it would do in its first three days. Easily one of the most interesting runs so far this summer, despite its awful performance. lol

I thought it was ok... A mess, but I wasnt bored. But I was playing the "Find the wig" game throughout, so maybe that helped keep me entertained.

You know what the most shocking thing is? This F4 reboot's OD is even lower than M Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender's OD.
Another movie that had atrocious reception from critics and audience alike. Who would want to make a F4 under Shyamalan's TLA's DOM total?
So is this the "The Last Airbender" of this summer?
It will be lucky to make half the total of TLA...

Pretty good. I still like this movie despite all the flack it has gotten over the years. Alba isnt so bad here, but she gets just lazy in the RotSS, and Evans is a highlight. The story is kinda generic, and the finale is rushed and underwhellming. But overall, I still enjoy it.

Not really... It's maintained its substantial lead over the avengers, and would need to drop off the face of the earth from here on out for that to happen... And that's not going to happen.

Unless it increases a lot tomorrow and holds well Wed and Thurs, no. It will probably come up about 1M short or so.

This had chills running up and down my spine without the need for aimless jump scares and gore. It was so wonderful and well crafted. If only we could get more horror films like this!

ugh... I am not a fan of the FF movies, and this trailer made it look like FF, but with Spock... I am not sold. It looks like there could be bits of promise in there, but the trailer sucked. I need more... I hope there is more than this. lol
