it peaks with Batman killing the Joker, that would be a great climax and ending. But no, they had to continue with a boring and silly excuse for two superheros fighting each other for no believable reason. Also, let's be honest here, Batman would never take Superman down, it doesn't matter if was weaker or if he was shot with kryptonite or even if Batman had some fancy equipment, Superman survived to a freaking atomic bomb for god's sake.  

 

it's a 90/100 film until the EMP caused by the atomic bomb, the rest is more like a 40/100. I give it an 65/100

 

whoever directed this (and part 1) should be in charge of some DC live actions films
