Not even laughably bad, just all around bad. Ed Skrein lacks the presence and charm for the role and the action was so generic. Despite it being only 93-minutes, it felt a whole lot longer. If I had only one positive thing to say, at least Ray Stevenson made some of it tolerable otherwise I chalk this up to being another forgettable action flick.
