They likely made this move because they don't want the film to compete with Acrimony. The problem is, March 23rd now has five wide releases on the same weekend- even with their differences in genre, releasing against that number of films may prove difficult.

 

Also, the synopsis makes this seem like Everything, Everything. No doubt the films will be compared to each other.

I'm not sure about this.

 

I think a lot of critics are gonna peg this for being corny and cliched.

 

It feels a little bit like a Wattpad story in my opinion.
