Ezen Baklattan Posted January 16, 2018 Share Posted January 16, 2018 I’m really interested in seeing what more people think of Parvelli. It’s one of the few times I explicitly tried to ape a directors style in CAYOM (the other most clear example being Eccentric Minds in 2.0) - I’m not sure it’ll hit with everyone, but the reception it does have so far is really promising. Closed Domain, I may have bitten off more than I could chew, but I still found it to be a fun and satisfying ride. The Simulation I’m hoping can pick up a few tech node, while After Party I’ve still got my eye on. Hamster and Zapper are also getting really strong reviews, so I’m happy about that. I can see a three way race for Best Animates Feature this year. (Our Citu vs. BH vs. To The Moon). I don’t really have a bonafide hit this year like Seeing Her and Spark Rising were last year, but it may be too early to tell. Spark 2 is the biggest film I’ve been looking forward to writing, but I’m definitely going to work towards making Immunity and Paradise Imperfect into major oscar players next year.
