Zac Efron is incredible in this. The actor uses his very good looks and natural charm to create a version of Ted Bundy that gets under your skin. As a movie, it's not nearly as successful since it never really digs beneath the surface (although I appreciated the movie's choice of almost completely avoiding depicting Bundy's heinous crimes), though it remains interesting throughout and offers solid performances from everyone (this is easily the most convincing performance I've seen Lily Collins give yet). Still, this is very much worth a viewing for Efron's performance that will hopefully allow him better opportunities to show off his talent in the future. B-
