There are certain concepts and actors that are innately awesome and cool -- at an absolute minimum, they just raise the awesomeness bar for a movie. James Woods is one of those actors, and vampires is one of those concepts.

Unfortunately, the movie never gets past that minimum of awesomeness. It's a boring mess, for the most part.

James Woods was definitely having some fun in this flick! The action was fun, and the vampires were decent. While no Halloween, or The Thing. Vampires is stil a fun good time and is actually not that bad of a movie. Grade:B
