This one of the few Disney animated films that's never connected with me. I just find it terribly dull and boring, the songs aren't memorable and neither are the characters. D

I never hated it like everyone else seems to, though it has been awhile since I've seen it.

Overall story = meh.  Lyrics to "Colors of the Wind" = completely awesome.

 

"You think you own whatever land you land on

The Earth is just a dead thing you can claim

But I know every rock and tree and creature

Has a life, has a spirit, has a name"

 

or

Are the people who look and think like you"

 

or

 

"How high will the sycamore grow

If you cut it down, then you'll never know"

 

So overall movie - C

Really adore this movie to death. The songs by Alan Menken are very memorable. The animation looks gorgeous. And this film does have a place in my heart.
