Hard Harry has to be one of the best characters in the 80's. Quiet shy boy during the daylight school hours, but bad mouthing radio pirate pumping the local kids to rebel against a suffocating adult society.

The movie came out 1990.And it's the best early 90s teen films I can remember. I just love it.
