Let's hope this doesn't stay an IMAX phenomenon, but that would be surprising, and there is no reason for this, at least, it shows huge expectations.

It's just the UK and one theater, but that it managed to already make 470.000 in ONE theater, beating HP, Avatar and TDK, this is just insane and totally unexpected, and this is for the first week of presales.I want this to be a hit and a sleeper hit!

Is it realistic to say that with the 3D and everything, the movie could do at least 300 million in Asia alone?!

Interesting considering that Avengers is not out in China and Russia yet and has ONLY 70 % of the territories open for now, so pretty similar opening

Well, Spider-Man is THAT popular in Asia and overseas (and US of course).

Seeing how the reports from CinemaCon on the movie are great, and that there is high praise on the 3D (notoriously, the web-slinging looks incredible, and Spidey even pops out of the screen more than once), this is gonna be even bigger with the Asian audience I think.This will be such a huge hit, no worries.
