  1. I thought the journey itself was interesting and enjoyable enough but the ending is lackluster and that soured the experience for me. A few times the zombies seemed to generate a bit of levity and comic relief though I'm not sure it was intended. The special effects are very well done and zombie swarms were a visual treat. The move away from slow moving zombies was a good one as I have never found them particularly threatening. The post-apocalyptic world they have set up would make an interesting setting for a sequel. I give it a solid C+
  2. Is that MOS number good, average, bad or terrible?
  3. Wow nice stat! Anyone know if there is any talk of doing another Oceans movie?
  4. There are better ways to show him caring for Lois than peering into her house using x-ray vision from behind the bushes. It would be seen as creepy for any normal person let alone someone with x-ray vision.
  5. Don't forget Supes using his x-ray vision to peer into Lois' home from behind the bushes. I genuinely lol'd in the cinema when that happened. I think it was an ok movie, but ultimately forgettable.
  6. I want it to happen, I just don't think it will. If it does though I will never doubt you again.
  7. Pretty sure one of those Gi-Joe movies received an A- http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/box-office-report-gi-joe-431717
  8. The only Marvel movie I really like is Thor(They are all decent....accept maybe CA and IM2). Believe me no one wanted this movie to be great more then I did. Didn't GI-Jo get a A- on cinemascore? Not sure that's a great way to judge a movie.
  9. MOS has been pretty disappointing so far and I haven't even seen it yet. Was hoping for movie of the year and instead it seems it's another Watchmen. Poor reviews, half the audience hate it, half love it and it's box office will be meh. Still not convinced the sequel is a lock either after the amount of money they spent on it.
  10. Very well, I shall hold back the torrent of reaction gifs I have waiting.
  11. I have Thor and Captain America the other way round. Thor is my favorite Marvel movie and Captain America is my least favorite.
  12. - The Avengers is just ok and I haven't felt the need to watch it since seeing it in the theater. - Thor is my favorite Marvel movie. - I didn't like The Departed. The ending felt a bit contrived and the pacing of it was so jarring I stopped caring. - I can accept that Blade Runner is a very well constructed film but I just cannot get into the story no matter how many times I watch it. - I enjoyed the Star Wars prequels. - Shutter Island is my favorite Scorsese film. - The only thing that made Avatar worth watching was the 3D.
