I remember them doing that pretty quickly after the movie was released also. Likely because they had to kept playing wack-a-video of phone versions of the songs that were appearing almost weekly But I was talking about the music. I didn't watch/listen to them myself ( I went into the movie completely cold ) but I do remember talk about them releasing the music early and how it hyped the movie Smart move and they should do it again if they think they have equivalent songs in F2

These must be what I"m thinking about. Menzel sang it at D23. Disney put out a few videos: Based on this the soundtrack was released Nov 1.

If I recall correctly they release clips of songs on youtube before the movie came out... including Let It Go. I'm guessing they will do the same.
