Woke up from my nap and got some inflight internet access to check the numbers. And 57M!?

It's 4:35AM and I'm not tired. That's what Star Wars does to you. Now to get an hour or two nap before catch my flight and second viewing in Fort Lauderdale.
Electric atmosphere. And yeah IMAX laser did not disappoint. Slight cheers for BvS and Civil War. Not much for Warcraft and ID Resurgance.

I saw no box office reports on the impact of the women's world cup on box office...
Really? I thought I had read that somewhere. Oh well maybe my imagination.
-
I read that it got broadcast to 20 million TVs (which I guess is 40+ million viewers?)
Early read: 16.0 rating for GOP debate

That's pretty big.
In comparison I think the Women's World Cup Final had a 12.9.

I love the roller coaster numbers. Keeps the weekend threads interesting.

Walking back. I'll digest the movie for a few hours but I'll be watching it tomorrow since day plans got cancelled
I'd say IMAX was 90-95% full. Lady said there were a few no shows. Next showing is about a third full according to her as well.
Trailers were
F4, Terminator, Tomorrowland, Spectre and SW.

I have that comic
I have a few copies myself. West Coast Avengers is a very underrated series. So is the Hawkeye Mini-Series...
I was kinda hoping the Hawk would end up with Mockingbird(Bobbi Morse from Agents of SHIELD), guess not after the revelations of this film.

We need west coast to represent to have a shot at 100M OD and I do think they're going to deliver.

Hmm interesting for that to be case and it could, presales would have to have been at an obsurd level (kinda like FSOG was), have to have another look soon
Oh oh.. it's going to be interesting
-
So what's the 85-90 figure some talking about , presales are a killer and of late you can be undone by them, its bad enough working stuff out of a sample without anything extra lol
TThe fact that previous lot estimates over 90 ment everyone was on same page
How's the WC stacking up?

Man, your countdown is almost over. I remember when that thing was 700 days and now it's 0.
It's actually counting up from midnight! But unfortunately couldn't go to a midnight showing. I was waiting for Matreon tickets for that night but I found out too late that they were doing the MCU marathon. In fact, I think the whole theater was doing it. There were no showtimes displayed last night.
-
I hope you like it.
I've been avoiding spoilers like the plague. But I'm pretty sure I will.
But just in case I'm gonna have a few drinks before the show

What's the record for fastest to 1B WW?

Great number. As usual, there's some calling it a disappointment when in all likelihood it's still gonna end up in the expected 210-220m range anyway. Funny how such a big number doesn't feel that exciting anymore.
There were numbers like 30-35 being thrown around here so yeah maybe some would be let down...just a little. But for a Marvel movie, it's a great number.

If IM3 had 9PM show and only did 15M why is everyone freaking out about the 27.6M number of avengers?
Because this the BOT forum.

It would've hit 30 if they played the new SW trailer at all shows.
Quick someone start up the sell out report again!

27.6
60-65
63-67
46-48
196-207
Looking at the conservative end of things.
So to quote CJohn "Meh numbers"
